Did you know that a 500 ml soft drink needs almost 390 liters of water to be produced? Where is that water? All foods consume water, but some consume more than others. The mission of this book is to let you know how much water is needed to produce different foods (vegetables, fruits, cereals, fresh and industrial foods, and many more!). Evaluate the water footprint of your diet and you will learn different ways to reduce it. We will cook, play board games, and use math to rethink our eating habits.
